Main Street Autonomy makes reliable and scalable automatic sensor calibration and perception-based localization software. We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to review and annotate customer-uploaded data. In this role, you will be the primary reviewer of visualizations to identify errors, working closely with internal engineering and operations teams as needed. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in daily operations and enjoys detective work.

What you’ll do

Leverage proprietary visualization tools to pinpoint errors in customer data.
Validate results for completeness and quality.
Document issues clearly and provide actionable insights.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and tooling.

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical work experience
Technical skills:
- Required: fluency with computers and efficiency with navigating multiple systems and windows concurrently. Strong analytical skills to interpret the visualizations and identify issues.
- Bonus points: experience with map production, software languages and tools, robotics systems, or engineering concepts
Professional skills:
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams. While communicating with customers is not a core duty for this role, your written documentation may be surfaced to customers.
- Experience working independently and managing your own workload. Successful team members are proactive and persistent navigating novel challenges.
- Ethically-sound decision making. We are honest about what we can deliver and obsessed with doing it right.
