("MSA", "we," "us," or "our"), describes how and why we might collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your information when you use our services ("Services"), including our website (https://mainstreetautonomy.com/), the web interface for our Services (https://upload.mainstreetautonomy.com/), or one of our software products ("Calibration Anywhere", "Pose Engine", "Map Engine") deployed either in the cloud (as-a-Service) or in a binary software package.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We collect information through webpage cookies and similar webpage technologies.

We collect personal information, like your name, email address, and phone number, that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

We do not collect sensitive personal information, like your health, financial, genetic, or biometric data.

We automatically collect certain metadata information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. We collect Sensor Data information that you voluntarily provide to us when you use our Services. This information may contain Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and location information from GPS/GNSS sensors. You may choose to redact PII by applying blurring filters to image data, or to remove GPS/GNSS data. Sensor Data information is required for us to provide our Services.

DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services. Some online tracking technologies help us maintain the security of our Services, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, and assist with basic site functions.

We also permit third parties and service providers to use online tracking technologies on our Services for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?

We may communicate with you using your private information, including your name and email address, to identify, reference, and authenticate your personal account on Slack.

We do not collect, reference, or authenticate your identity using other third-party social media accounts, like your Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, Snapchat, or other accounts.

DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.

CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law, including:

  • Using your name and email address to correspond via email or Slack
  • Using your metadata information to improve server performance
  • Using Sensor Data information you provided to provide our Services, which include data analysis, sensor calibration, localization of the sensor system, mapping, and other functions

WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION?

We may need to share your information in the following situations:

  • Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
  • Affiliates. We may share your information with our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this privacy notice. Affiliates include our subsidiaries, joint venture partners, or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us.

IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

Our servers are located in the United States. If you are accessing our Services from outside the US, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities and by those third parties with whom we may share your information in the US and in other countries.
